Publishing Success is Like a Mullet: Business in Front, Party in the Back.

Getting work published is harder than ever. Writers reported nearly 300,000 submissions to Duotrope in 2017; 82% of those submissions were rejected. The key to publishing success is to have fun while you write but be a business professional when you submit your work. This workshop will help you to find publishers appropriate for your genre and style, submit your work in a professional manner, track your submissions methodically, learn from your rejections, and celebrate your successes!
